Megan Powell (Starr) is a 5th generation native of the beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado. Her family history gives her a great network and local area knowledge.
She has always had an interest in real estate, but her true passion lies in helping other folks realize their dreams… I know, I know, you may think that sounds cheesy, but it’s true! Megan & her husband invest in real estate, own several properties, & also buy & rehab homes to sell. They feel incredibly blessed by the opportunities it has brought them and want to pay it forward with sharing the knowledge.
Megan enjoys helping others who have those same dreams achieve them, whether it’s buying their first home, finding their retirement nest, investing in rental property, or just building wealth for retirement or kids college!
Megan has a degree in Petroleum Engineering and worked in the oil and gas industry for 14 years before deciding to be a full-time mom. Her passion for home decorating, project management & investments, home improvements, and real estate pushed her to get her real estate license in May of 2018.
She did over 13 transactions in her first year, including purchasing several investment properties of her own, two rehab/flips, and helping many amazing clients do the same!
Her main goal is to build a life-long relationship that goes far beyond the transaction, it’s a friendship & partnership! Your investment is her business and she takes it to heart. She will listen to your needs and work hard to help you get where you want to go!
When not working or looking for the next project, you can find Megan with her family, playing volleyball, golf, hiking, or enjoying a glass of wine at the amazing local wineries the Grand Valley has to offer.
